In order to check the status of your order, you have to "LOG IN" to your account, and click on "View" for each order you want to track then it will display the "Status History" of the order.

Order Statuses:
Pending - The Order has not been approved yet. After Payment Information is verified, we will approve the order.
Processing - The Order has been Approved and your card will be charged. The order is ready to leave the Warehouse. 
Shipped - The order has delivered to the carrier and a Tracking Number has been emailed for you.

We use USPS and Canada Post services to deliver your orders.
Please make sure to use your "Tracking Number or Receipt Number" on the correct shipping carrier's page.
