How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.

What should I do about a damaged, lost, or missing shipment?

If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it and notify the delivery driver immediately.
If damage is discovered after delivery, contact the carrier within 5 days to file a claim and obtain a control number.
If tracking shows shipped but not received, contact our customer service team so we can open a carrier investigation.
Investigations may take up to 10 business days. Once verified as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
Review your invoice and packaging carefully if an item appears missing. Small ink cartridges may be packed inside larger toner boxes.

Can I change an order, correct an address, or request special shipping?

Cancellations or modifications requested after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are subject to a 20% administration and restocking fee.
If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for the 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred.
Please ensure shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Packages returned or held because of an incorrect address will not be re-shipped until the correct address is provided.
We ship to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post Expedited Services. Additional charges may apply.

How do I request a return?

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing.

Enter your email address and order number, then click Search.
Complete the form, attach relevant photos if needed, and click Submit.
Once reviewed, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions by email.

Helpful tip: Return items in their original packaging and protect the box properly during shipping to help avoid damage in transit.

What are the general return requirements?

Product must be returned 100% complete with original box, manuals, and accessories.
Cartridge must contain at least 50% of its original capacity.

Can I return non-defective merchandise?

Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days.

We provide a prepaid shipping label for approved defective returns.
Available options include refund, store credit, or replacement after inspection.

Can OEM products be returned?

Opened OEM products are not returnable, regardless of usage.
Unopened OEM returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Defective OEM items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Special-order OEM items are final sale.

Can imaging drums be returned?

Imaging Drums

Not returnable if installed or used.
No returns after 6 months from purchase.
Opened OEM imaging drums are not eligible for return.

What other return conditions should I know?

Always protect the original packaging by wrapping or boxing it before shipping.
Returns that do not meet acceptance criteria may be rejected or disposed of after 30 days if unclaimed.
OEM warranties do not cover installation damage.
