TonerParts ships from our Canadian distribution network to provide fast, reliable delivery across Canada and the United States. Orders are processed efficiently during business hours, and shipping options vary by destination region.
Shipping Details
We ship from our Canadian warehouses during regular business hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays usually ship on Monday. No shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.
You will receive your order confirmation and tracking information by email after your package leaves our warehouse. Transit times begin once the carrier receives your shipment. You can view your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history, or by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
