At TonerParts.com, we aim to make every order simple, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find our shipping information and return guidelines for customers across Canada and the USA.
Overview
Orders are typically processed the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT on Fridays ship on Monday. We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Information
Fast, reliable, and affordable delivery is an important part of our service. Orders ship from our Canadian and U.S. warehouses using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.

Shipping rates are based on destination region and order value. Express shipping is available in select regions.

Remote areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations outside regular courier routes may incur additional charges. If you believe you are in such an area, contact customer service at 1-866-550-2244 before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
- If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it and notify the delivery driver immediately.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact the carrier within 5 days to file a claim and obtain a control number.
- If tracking shows shipped but not received, contact our customer service team so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Investigations may take up to 10 business days. Once verified as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
- Review your invoice and packaging carefully if an item appears missing. Small ink cartridges may be packed inside larger toner boxes.
Order Changes, Address Accuracy, and Special Shipments
- Cancellations or modifications requested after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are subject to a 20% administration and restocking fee.
- If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for the 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred.
- Please ensure shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Packages returned or held because of an incorrect address will not be re-shipped until the correct address is provided.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post Expedited Services. Additional charges may apply.
- TonerParts.com ships to Canada and the United States only.
- We do not accept COD payments.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not right, we want to make the return process clear and straightforward. Please review the return guidelines below before submitting a request.
1. Return Period
- Refund or Exchange: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Store Credit or Exchange: Up to 90 days from delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing.
- Go to the Return Request link in our website footer.
- Enter your email address and order number, then click Search.
- Complete the form, attach relevant photos if needed, and click Submit.
- Once reviewed, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions by email.
Tip: Return items in their original packaging and protect the box properly during shipping to help avoid damage in transit.
3. Acceptance Criteria
General Requirements
- A valid RMA number must be included with the return.
- Product must be returned 100% complete with original box, manuals, and accessories.
- Cartridge must contain at least 50% of its original capacity.
Non-Defective Merchandise
- Must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days.
- Eligible for store credit within 90 days.
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Requests made after 90 days are handled at TonerParts’ discretion.
Defective Merchandise
- We provide a prepaid shipping label for approved defective returns.
- Available options include refund, store credit, or replacement after inspection.
- Refunds are not available after 30 days; store credit or replacement only.
- Urgent replacements may be purchased and credited once the defective item is confirmed.
OEM Products
- Opened OEM products are not returnable, regardless of usage.
- Unopened OEM returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Defective OEM items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
- Special-order OEM items are final sale.
Imaging Drums
- Not returnable if installed or used.
- No returns after 6 months from purchase.
- Opened OEM imaging drums are not eligible for return.
4. Important Notes
- Always protect the original packaging by wrapping or boxing it before shipping.
- Returns that do not meet acceptance criteria may be rejected or disposed of after 30 days if unclaimed.
- OEM warranties do not cover installation damage.
