At TonerParts.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please review our return guidelines below.
1. Return Period
- Refund or Exchange: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Store Credit / Exchange: Up to 90 days from delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing.
- Go to the Return Request link in our website footer.
- Enter your email address and order number, then click Search.
- Complete the form, attach any relevant photos, and click Submit.
- Once reviewed, you’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions by email.
A customer service agent may follow up if more details are needed.
Tip: Return items in their original packaging, carefully protected to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Acceptance Criteria
General Requirements
- A valid RMA number must be included.
- Product must be returned 100% complete with original box, manuals, and accessories.
- Cartridge must contain at least 50% of its original capacity.
Non-Defective Merchandise
- Must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds/exchanges within 30 days; store credit within 90 days.
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Requests after 90 days handled at TonerParts’ discretion.
Defective Merchandise
- We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective returns.
- Options: refund, store credit, or replacement (after inspection).
- Refunds not available after 30 days; store credit or replacement only.
- Urgent replacements may be purchased and credited once the defective item is confirmed.
OEM Products
- Opened OEM products are not returnable, regardless of usage.
- OEM returns (unopened) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Defective OEM products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — contact them directly.
- Special-order OEM items are final sale.
Imaging Drums
- Not returnable if installed or used.
- No returns after 6 months from purchase.
- Opened OEM imaging drums are not eligible for return.
4. Important Notes
- Always protect the original packaging by wrapping or boxing it before shipping.
- Returns not meeting acceptance criteria may be rejected or disposed of after 30 days if unclaimed.
- OEM warranties do not cover installation damage.
