At TonerParts.com, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and affordable delivery to customers across Canada and the USA. Every order is handled with care from the moment it’s placed until it arrives at your door.


Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day or the next business day after they are received.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) are processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped on Monday, as we do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

All online and phone orders are shipped from our Canadian and U.S. warehouses using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator and Canada Pos .

Please note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas outside of regular courier routes may incur additional charges.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we will assist you with any shipping concerns, unforeseen carrier delays are beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (Canada Post or FedEx).
Alternatively, log in to your TonerParts.com account and click on Order Tracking to see your tracking details.

If your tracking number does not display updates within 1–2 business days, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan the package. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.


Damaged Deliveries

If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it and inform the delivery driver immediately.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact the carrier within 5 days to file a claim and obtain a control number.
You may also contact our customer service for support with the claims process.


Missing or Incomplete Orders

If an item appears missing:

  1. Review your invoice to confirm all items in your order.

  2. Check all boxes and packing material — small ink cartridges are sometimes enclosed within larger toner boxes.

  3. If an item is still missing, email our Customer Service Team for prompt resolution.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellations or order modifications requested after 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) are subject to a 20% administration and restocking fee.
If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for:

  • A 20% restocking fee, and

  • All shipping charges incurred.

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment to avoid such charges.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post Expedited Services.
Additional charges may apply for P.O. Box deliveries.
To ensure accurate service, please contact our customer service at 1-866-550-2244 before placing your order.


Duplicate Orders

Our system automatically filters duplicate orders for accuracy; however, if you suspect your order was duplicated, please contact our Sales Department immediately.
Duplicate shipments may be returned following our standard return policy.


International Shipping

TonerParts.com currently ships to Canada and the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.


COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Due to the high cost and inefficiency of COD transactions, we do not accept COD payments for any orders.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order as shipped but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team to open a carrier investigation.

  2. The process typically takes up to 10 business days for courier approval.

  3. Once verified as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund as per your preference.

Claims cannot be processed for packages without tracking numbers or those delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect addresses — including missing suite numbers, wrong postal codes, or incomplete information — may cause delays or returns.

If a package is returned or held due to incorrect address details:

  • The order will not be re-shipped until the correct address is provided.

  • Additional re-shipping or address correction fees will apply, billed to the credit card used for the order.
