1- Can't find an Item?
Toner Part has over 15,000 products in stock and ready to ship. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact one of our sales associates.

2- Browsing Our Categories
You can browse through our website by clicking on the category buttons on the left navigation bar on every page. These category links will enable you to look through our products by each specific category group.

3- Adding Items To Your Cart
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the "Add To Cart" button for the item(s) you are interested in, to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

6- What is your cancellation policy?
Once your order is processed, there would be 20% restocking fee to an order.

We try our best to complete your order but there are times when one or more of those items need to be backordered. Immediately after your backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you.
Backorders will be shipped as they become available. You will not be charged shipping fees a second time on backordered products.
