How To Change Toner Cartridge TN450 From Imaging Drum DR420
First, remove the unit from the printer
Press and hold the green tap on left side of the drum, remove the toner with your other hand from the drum
Prepare the new toner, slowly slide the toner back to the drum unit. Make sure you hear the clicking sound from the side of the drum
Place the unit back to the printer
Now, your new toner has been resetted by the drum unit and it is ready to use.
How To Clean Corona Wire on Imaging Drum DR420
First, remove the unit from the printer
there is a green tab right on the left top side of the drum unit, you should shift the tap left and right almost 5-10 time to clean the corona wire, which is under the tap.
when you finish with the cleaning process, return the tap back to the original position and you should hear the clicking sound when it locks in.
You have to do this process every time that you change the new toner cartridge

All online and phone orders ship from our Canadian and U.S. warehouses using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist with any shipping concerns, but unforeseen carrier delays are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.
If tracking shows no updates within 1–2 business days, allow additional time for the carrier to scan the package. If issues persist, contact support.
Damaged Deliveries
- If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it. Inform the delivery driver immediately.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact the carrier within 5 days to file a claim and obtain a control number.
- You may also contact our customer service for assistance with the claims process.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
- Review your invoice to confirm all items in your order.
- Check all boxes and packing material. Small ink cartridges can be enclosed within larger toner boxes.
- If an item is still missing, email our Customer Service Team for prompt resolution.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Cancellations or modifications requested after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are subject to a 20% administration and restocking fee.
If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for the 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post Expedited Services. Additional charges may apply. For accurate service, contact customer service at 1-866-550-2244 before placing your order.
Duplicate Orders
Our system filters duplicate orders, but if you suspect duplication, contact our Sales Department immediately. Duplicate shipments may be returned following our standard return policy.
International Shipping
TonerParts.com ships to Canada and the United States only. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
We do not accept COD payments due to high cost and inefficiency.
Lost Packages
- If tracking shows shipped but not received, contact our Customer Service Team to open a carrier investigation.
- Investigations typically take up to 10 business days for courier approval.
- Once verified as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund per your preference.
- Claims cannot be processed for packages without tracking numbers or those delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address Policy
Ensure shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Incorrect addresses, including missing suite numbers, wrong postal codes, or incomplete information, may cause delays or returns.
- Packages returned or held due to incorrect address will not be re-shipped until the correct address is provided.
- Re-shipping or address correction fees will apply and are billed to the original payment method.
