Satisfaction Guarantee

TonerParts.com provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all compatible and remanufactured ink and toner products. Each item is produced using premium materials and strict quality standards to ensure dependable performance and exceptional value.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Warranty Replacement

1. Compatible Products

TonerParts.com will replace defective compatible products at no charge if returned within one (1) year from the shipping date. All returns are inspected before approval. Items showing signs of tampering, damage, or use exceeding 50 % of toner content are ineligible.

Replacement Options

  • Option A: Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA), ship the product back, and receive a replacement free of charge after inspection.
  • Option B: For urgent needs, purchase a replacement immediately. Once the original is returned and verified, a credit will be issued to your account.

2. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Products

OEM products follow the manufacturer’s own warranty policies. TonerParts.com does not offer refunds or replacements for OEM items with quality concerns.

Warranty coverage and claim procedures are listed on each manufacturer’s website. Damages during installation are excluded. Opened OEM products ordered in error cannot be returned.

3. Imaging Drums Warranty

All compatible imaging drums include a six-month (6-month) limited warranty from the purchase date. Replacements cannot be issued after this period.
